Ingredients

For 4 people:
• 24 Argentine shrimp (peeled)
• 12 tbsp olive oil
• Rosemary sprig
• 4 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise
• 20 tbsp NR85 Fish spices

Preparation

1) Light the FORNO grill and let it burn for 20 minutes.

2) Heat olive oil on the grill, cook the shrimp for 3 minutes until done, and sprinkle with NR85 fish spices. Serve on four plates with a spoonful of sriracha mayonnaise and rosemary.
